Welcome to Moksha Wellness. By booking a ritual or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a harmonious and safe environment for all our guests at our Candolim sanctuary.
1. Booking & Arrival
To ensure you receive the full duration of your ritual, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate subsequent bookings, with the full service fee still applicable.
2. Health & Safety Disclosure
The safety of our guests is our highest priority. It is mandatory for guests to disclose any medical conditions, recent surgeries, skin allergies, or pregnancy prior to the start of any therapy. Our therapists reserve the right to modify or decline a treatment if they believe it may pose a risk to your health.
Right of Admission
Moksha Wellness maintains a strictly professional environment. Any guest displaying inappropriate behavior, harassment, or intoxication will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and may be barred from future visits.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value our therapists' time. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or require a pre-payment for future bookings.
4. Valuables & Personal Belongings
While we provide secure areas for your belongings during your ritual, Moksha Wellness assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of jewelry, electronic devices, or other personal valuables brought into the premises.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website and spa menu are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and UPI payments.
6. Gift Vouchers & Packages
Moksha Wellness gift vouchers and membership packages are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption. Vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and cannot be extended.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of our digital platforms is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By providing your contact information via WhatsApp or our booking form, you consent to receive appointment-related communications.
8. Limitation of Liability
By engaging in our therapies, you acknowledge that massage involves physical contact and potential risks. Moksha Wellness and its staff shall not be liable for any personal injury or discomfort resulting from treatments where health conditions were not fully disclosed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Goa.
